I used 2 bottles and lost 28 pounds.. I run 4 days a week, and wanted to lose just 10lbs… with 2 bottles gone, it exceeded my expectations… i like that they do not make u gittery.. This diet pill works great! I took it for a month and ate better. I ended up losing 10 pounds. Shocking when diet pills work better than expected!
